Founded by natural wine importer Jayson Green alongside John Leddy and Matt Molloy, the space channels vintage mid-century Brooklyn lounges with custom olive-green leather banquettes, sultry low lighting, and a handcrafted wooden bar. A dog-friendly sidewalk patio extends seating onto Dundas in warmer months, drawing Junction locals from dawn until well past midnight.

Doc's Menu & What to Order Daytime begins with Sam James espresso, Noctua Bakery pastries, and savory breakfast sandwiches before the room transitions to an exacting drinks program. The headline attraction is the customizable Martini My Way alongside Doc's Dirty Martini, spiked with blue-cheese-stuffed olives and savoury brines. Beyond standout low-intervention bottles from their in-house Deep End Bottle Shop, cocktails like the Banana Daiquiri and Amaro Sour shine alongside elevated bites of caviar with chips, tinned fish, and charcuterie boards.
