The dining room is an architectural showstopper, lined with 19th-century hand-carved, painted Syrian wooden wall panels and massive glass panes opening onto the formal Aga Khan Park. Guests dine across a light-filled 65-to-85-seat formal hall or outside on the breezy, manicured patio during warmer months.

Diwan Restaurant Menu & What to Order The Halal-certified menu weaves seamlessly across North African, South Asian, and Levantine flavours. Signature plates feature tender Ricotta Manti topped with slow-braised lamb ragout, as well as char-kissed grilled octopus paired with chickpeas, olives, and an Aleppo pepper aioli. The kitchen balances high-concept museum fare with playful comfort, seen in the chicken jalfrezi poutine and the velvety Imam Bayildi finished with tahini yogurt, pine nuts, and tart pomegranate.
