Darband Restaurant Menu & What to Order Charcoal-grilled skewers anchor the menu, highlighted by juicy, seasoned Koobideh (minced beef and lamb) and tender Barg (marinated beef tenderloin), both served over fragrant heaps of saffron-steamed basmati rice with grilled tomatoes and buttery lavash. Weekend mornings draw crowds specifically for traditional Persian breakfasts, most notably the rich, slow-simmered lamb and wheat berry Halim dusted with cinnamon, alongside slow-cooked Kaleh Pache.
