Founded by owner Chris after drawing inspiration from Montreal's crêperie culture, this market staple operates out of a compact open kiosk where you can watch the batter spin and crisp in real time. Seating is casual and quick-turn, featuring a handful of wooden stools at the counter along with communal seating spread around the market concourse.

Crepe It Up! Menu & What to Order The menu balances breakfast staples, savory lunch pockets, and sweet dessert folds, with customizable gluten-free and dairy-free batter options readily available. On the savory side, the Egg Benedicts crêpe—loaded with smoked salmon or ham, spinach, mushrooms, and hollandaise—and the Super Breakfast crêpe packed with kale, eggs, and melted cheese shine, served with a fresh fruit side salad.
