Cotti Coffee

What is Cotti Coffee? Located inside Dufferin Mall at 900 Dufferin Street in Dufferin Grove, Cotti Coffee brings the rapid-service specialty beverage chain founded by former Luckin Coffee executives to Toronto's west end. Operating as a streamlined kiosk positioned opposite Pandora in the food court, the stall features glowing crimson branding and digital self-service pick-up stations. Seating is strictly communal within the surrounding mall food court, making this setup tailor-made for fast-paced grab-and-go traffic.

Cotti Coffee Menu & What to Order The menu balances everyday espresso staples with wildly inventive, fruit-infused concoctions and layered tea drinks. The house specialty Coco Cotti—a raw coconut milk latte with a rich espresso shot—is the go-to order, though the vibrant Pandan Coco Latte offers an equally fragrant sip. For lighter refreshments, the effervescent Apple Sparkling Cold Brew and the citrusy Orange Americano provide crisp, low-sweetness alternatives. Matcha fans should pivot to the Cloud Mousse Matcha Latte or the visually striking Strawberry Matcha Coco Latte, both easily customized with non-dairy milks.

Know Before You Go Service is entirely walk-in and counter-based, but ordering ahead through the Cotti Coffee app lets you skip the queue and grab app-exclusive drink promotions. The counter gets noticeably busier during weekday lunch hours and Saturday shopping rushes. Conveniently situated south of Dufferin subway station via the 29 Dufferin bus, the location also offers plentiful free surface and covered parking on mall grounds.
