The minimalist room pairs pale blonde wood, hanging botanical touches, and soft sunlight flooding through expansive front windows. Counter ordering leads back to casual café seating and a rear communal work table equipped with laptop-friendly power outlets.

Cosette Menu & What to Order Cho and head baker Yoonjee Jeon apply rigorous pastry techniques to French pâtisserie layered with Korean and Japanese ingredients. The standout is the viral milky walnut cookie—baked with exact temperature control for a crisp rim and soft, rich center—alongside airy dacquoises filled with matcha or espresso buttercream. Savoury offerings include a buttery mushroom croissant and the popular prosciutto sandwich with fig jam and white cheddar on sourdough. To drink, order the Gold Crush Latte garnished with crunchy dalgona honeycomb candy, an iced Uji matcha latte, or a house-steeped yuzuade.
