Occupying the ground floor of The Anndore House hotel at 15 Charles Street East, Constantine is an elevated Mediterranean dining destination conceived by chef Craig Harding alongside Mercatto Hospitality. Designed by Studio Munge, the moody, mid-century-inspired room features rich millwork, brass detailing, an intimate wrap-around bar, and a glowing open kitchen centered around a wood-burning hearth. A secluded second-floor terrace provides lush alfresco seating during warmer months.

Constantine Menu & What to Order The kitchen draws inspiration from across the Mediterranean basin, turning out charred seafood, handmade pasta, and blistered flatbreads with equal finesse. Kick off the meal with the salmon crudo in ajo blanco or the creamy chicken liver mousse smeared across warm focaccia. Hearth-baked pizzas emerge with a crisp, airy char, while weekend daytime service pulls in regulars for cast-iron shakshuka and thick lemon ricotta pancakes.

Know Before You Go Reservations are available on OpenTable and are recommended for weekend dinners, though bar seating and lounge high-tops are held for spontaneous walk-ins. The dining room is located two blocks south of Bloor-Yonge subway station, with valet parking available on-site through the hotel.
