Columbus Bakery Menu & What to Order The counter showcases hot, fresh batches of cheesy *pan de bono*, golden *buñuelos*, tender *almojábanas*, and flaky *roscones* generously filled with guava and arequipe. Savoury favourites include crispy cornmeal beef *empanadas* splashed with house ají, sweet *arepas de choclo* blanketed in melted cheese, and seasoned *carnitas*.
