Cocospoon Menu & What to Order The star of the menu is the signature Coco Katsu Set, featuring thick, tender pork loin coated in airy panko made from fresh daily-baked bread and fried to a juicy finish. Each set arrives with four pairing options—Maldon sea salt, fresh wasabi, citrusy ponzu with daikon, and rich tonkatsu sauce—plus generous refills of rice, soup, and shredded cabbage.
