Chop Hop

What is Chop Hop? Tucked along Temperance Street just west of Yonge, Chop Hop brings elevated fast-casual salads and nourishing bowls to the financial core. The compact space, styled with clean architectural lines and playful graphics, delivers a brisk, design-forward lunch counter built for the downtown rush. While primarily tailored for takeaway and office delivery, high-top counter perches provide a quick spot for a solo midday bite.

Chop Hop Menu & What to Order The kitchen rethinks routine lunch bowls with bold flavour profiles, punchy dressings, and premium proteins like striploin steak, Cajun shrimp, and piri-piri chicken. The SARA salad is an undeniable favourite, pairing napa cabbage, Thai basil, fennel, and grapes with wasabi peas and a creamy poblano drizzle. Pair the hearty STAK wrap with a house-pressed HLTH juice—loaded with ginger, turmeric, and lemon—or grab a vegan Snickerish Nosh Ball for an afternoon pick-me-up.

Know Before You Go This is strictly a counter-order and grab-and-go outfit, so table reservations do not apply. Peak lunch rushes hit hard between 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m., making mobile ordering for pickup the smartest play. Chop Hop is steps from Queen station on Line 1, but note the weekday-only schedule with early afternoon closures on Fridays.
