Chapayom Menu & What to Order The drink roster focuses on traditional Thai profiles, led by the robust, spiced Cha Yen (Thai milk tea) and floral Cha Kiew Nom (Thai green milk tea). For exceptional texture, order the Pandan Thai Milk Tea topped with chewy pandan mochi, or the Thai Yin Yang, which blends strong Payom coffee with sweet condensed-milk tea.
