CSI Spadina at 192 Spadina is Canada’s original social-impact coworking home base—hardwood, brick, and a curated membership of changemakers rather than a generic hot-desk free-for-all. After the Annex building at 720 Bathurst was sold in 2025, Toronto operations consolidated here across multiple floors of the Murray Building, with lounges, meeting rooms, a makerspace partnership with the Toronto Tool Library, and event programming that is part of the product. Membership is application-based: community memberships for network access, virtual office for mail, and coworking tiers from hot desk through dedicated desk, team tables, and private offices (pricing published on CSI’s comparison table). It is not a casual walk-in café substitute—expect values alignment questions and a quieter, mission-driven culture than King West startup floors. Welcome desk hours are typically weekday daytime; 24/7 access comes with coworking tiers. Ideal if your work has a social or environmental mandate and you want peers who share it.
