Cedarvale’s off-leash is a rare dual-surface setup: a wood-chipped primary area plus a grassy field, connected into the Cedarvale Ravine trail system. GIS lists lighting. The ravine itself is not a free-for-all — stay in the signed OLA if your dog is off-leash. A strong Midtown / Forest Hill option when you want more than a postage-stamp enclosure but still some containment. The City’s 2025 strategy keeps existing hours as posted; check the gates. Arlington Avenue is the usual approach.
