Cafe Mimico

What is Cafe Mimico? Anchoring the residential strip along Manitoba Street in Humber Bay Shores, Cafe Mimico serves as an inviting, unpretentious living room for the surrounding condo community. The bright interior balances clean modern fixtures with warm, earthy wood accents and plush, low-key seating suited for both remote work sessions and quiet catch-ups. It operates seamlessly as a counter-service daily ritual for morning espresso and afternoon fuel.

Cafe Mimico Menu & What to Order The counter turns out solid, accessible cafe fare anchored by the savory 'Mimico Special Chicken Wrap' and an aromatic 'Spiced Potato Burger' that delivers an unexpected, well-spiced kick. Traditionalists will lean toward the crisp, heavily loaded 'Avocado Toast' or the golden 'Big Grilled Cheese', both executed with reliable comfort. Sweets excel at the pastry case, where flaky 'Butter Croissants' and oversized 'Monster Chocolate Chunk Cookies' hold court alongside a balanced 'Masala Chai' or a properly pulled 'Affogato'.

Know Before You Go Seating is strictly walk-in, with counter queues moving swiftly even during the peak weekend morning rush when neighbourhood dog-walkers and runners fill the room. Street parking along Manitoba Street can be tight, so arriving on foot from the lakefront or taking the Queen streetcar to Humber Loop is your best bet. The cafe operates daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
