Having trained in Toronto and Israel with stints in New York and Tel Aviv kitchens, Blum applies classic technique to high-level COR-certified kosher cooking. The space operates primarily as an active catering headquarters and production kitchen for celebrations and pre-order curbside meals rather than a walk-in dining room.

By Dave Menu & What to Order The rotating menu seamlessly pairs Shabbat and holiday feast classics with a distinctive kosher Asian takeout and dim sum selection. Order the tender beef and vegetable dumplings paired with lime ponzu, followed by the crispy sesame scallion chicken or savoury Shanghai vegetable noodles. For holiday spread staples, the slow-braised beef cheek, maple garlic sesame green beans, and roasted yam quinoa salad are consistently well-executed.

Know Before You Go By Dave is exclusively a pre-order takeout, catering, and curbside pickup operation with no sit-down table service on premises. Shabbat orders must be locked in online by Thursday at noon for Friday curbside pickup between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.. Ample surface parking is available at the rear of the property just off Bathurst Street for smooth order collection.
