Brothers Pizza

What is Brothers Pizza? Anchoring a stretch of Pape Avenue in East York, Brothers Pizza is an unpretentious, counter-service shop built strictly for neighbourhood takeout and fast delivery. You will not find banquettes, barstools, or patio seating here; the compact, no-frills room is dominated by an order counter and ovens that run non-stop. The kitchen sets itself apart from standard local pie joints by pairing traditional pies with South Asian comfort fare, anchored by an entirely halal meat program.

Brothers Pizza Menu & What to Order The menu spans far beyond typical takeout, offering everything from standard cheese-heavy slices to spiced rice plates. Order the 'Pizza with 3 Meat Toppings', stacked with halal beef pepperoni, chicken, and sausage over a medium-crust base, or pair a pie with an order of sauced 'Chicken Wings'. The kitchen also turns out a surprisingly aromatic 'Chicken Biryani' and crisp 'Fried Chicken', offering a rare and welcome crossover for group orders with competing cravings. Value reigns supreme here, especially across the walk-in specials and multi-item family combos.

Know Before You Go Brothers Pizza does not take reservations; it operates entirely on walk-ins and phone or web orders, so calling ahead during the 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. dinner rush is recommended. Short-term street parking is generally available along Pape Avenue, and the 25 Pape bus stops just steps from the entrance. Doors are open daily from noon until 10:00 p.m., making it a reliable bet for both an easy midday slice and quick weeknight takeout.
