Nguyen's Ho Chi Minh City roots shape a concept that merges traditional Vietnamese coffee culture with Japanese matcha, styled like a cross between a vintage library and a greenhouse. The sunlit interior features lush trailing greenery, overflowing bookshelves, a vinyl record wall, an indoor fountain, and cozy wood-table seating designed for lingering.

Botànic Coffee & Caphe Menu & What to Order Beverages are served with thoughtful presentation, often arriving on small bamboo trays with palate-cleansing water. The standout pour is the signature Lychee Rose Matcha Latte, made with imported Japanese ceremonial matcha layered over floral rose and sweet lychee puree.
