Founded by beer sommelier Dan Grant and wine specialist Ben Plisky-Somers, the room deliberately skips televisions and loud music in favour of salvaged tin ceilings, warm lighting, and good conversation. Seating is concentrated around an inviting timber bar lined with walk-in stools and a handful of intimate small tables.
