BOBO’s Long Branch shop is the west-end independent the downtown lists skip: 3313 Lake Shore Boulevard West, everyday noon–9 p.m., phone (416) 672-2020, same official contact page as Cityplace. It is the same handcrafted-tea menu — milk tea, fruit smoothies, slushies, milkshakes — in an Etobicoke storefront instead of a condo podium. First-timers: same order logic as Fort York (fruit smoothie or a milk tea with pearls); just know they close two hours earlier than Cityplace. No reservations. Noon–9 is a hard window — do not plan a 9:15 walk-in. If you are already on the Lake Shore streetcar, this is the Best Of stop that is not another Midland or Yonge chain.
