Named in homage to Kramer's cobalt horse mascot, this venture shifts gears to focus on traditional Italian hospitality with warm lighting, wood accents, and comfortable dining room seating designed for unhurried, shared meals.

Blue Horse Cucina Menu & What to Order Scratch-made sauces and fresh ingredients lead the kitchen, anchored by house-made passata and fresh focaccia. The standout dish is the rich tagliatelle all'ossobuco, alongside tender veal piccata al limone and a grilled seafood platter drizzled with citrus vinaigrette and blood orange reduction.
