Bloomer's

What is Bloomer's? Located inside Bayview Village Mall in North York, Bloomer's brings Toronto's undisputed plant-based pastry pioneer uptown in a bright, modern counter space. The cafe features a showcase counter stacked high with fresh-fried creations and a small, cozy seating area built for quick coffee breaks or leisurely pastry tasting. What began as a Bloor West vegan fixture now operates here as an essential stop for high-calibre, scratch-made baked goods entirely free of dairy and eggs.

Bloomer's Menu & What to Order Handcrafted yeast donuts anchor the menu, fried to a pillow-soft crumb that routinely rivals conventional bakeries across the city. Skip straight to the filled selections, particularly the rich Ferrero Rocher or the tart-and-creamy Raspberry Cheesecake donut, alongside the cocoa-laced Red Velvet. The pastry case also yields surprisingly flaky vegan croissants and a dedicated array of gluten-free baked goods like mini loaves and muffins, all properly washed down with a sharp espresso or house hot chocolate.

Know Before You Go It is strictly counter service and walk-ins only, with weekend afternoons drawing brisk takeout queues that can pick popular donut flavours clean before the evening. Drivers will find plenty of free parking throughout the Bayview Village lot, while transit riders have direct subterranean access via Bayview Station on Line 4. Doors open daily at 9:00 a.m., running until 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and closing at 7:00 p.m. on Sundays.
