Bloom Menu & What to Order Bloom centers its kitchen around Japanese patisserie traditions, famous for oversized cream puffs piped with rich matcha, vanilla, or roasted black sesame pastry cream. Multi-layered whole cakes and slices—notably the Kyoto Matcha Yuzu, floral Peach Earl Grey, and delicate Grape Oolong mousse—deliver refined tea profiles without aggressive sweetness.
