Bevy Cafe

What is Bevy Cafe? Located on Wellington Street West inside The Combine complex, Bevy Cafe acts as an art-forward community salon and creative workspace. The expansive layout pairs industrial concrete bones with warm oak booths, wide communal worktables, and quiet soundproof pods surrounded by rotating contemporary art. It draws a stylish mix of King West creatives, downtown professionals, and leashed dogs enjoying the sun-drenched floor plan.

Bevy Cafe Menu & What to Order Bevy's counter program steps well beyond standard drip, leaning heavily into nuanced Japanese cafe culture and specialty espresso creations. The vivid Ube Latte delivers rich, earthy sweetness, while the Tokyo Fog subs classic Earl Grey for fragrant jasmine tea softened by steamed oat milk. If you prefer things crisp and effervescent, order the Espresso Tonic or the Shaken Brown Sugar Espresso, backed by savoury cheddar chive scones and flaky fruit danishes.

Know Before You Go Standard seating is walk-in only, and communal tables fill up quickly with remote workers by mid-morning, so show up early if you need prime access to power outlets. Soundproof cubicles and dedicated gathering spaces can be booked in advance for meetings or events. Note the downtown schedule: doors are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with service shut down on weekends.
