Occupying a lively stretch of Dundas Street West in The Junction, Bevi Birra is a counter-service Italian salumeria and bottle shop born from a pandemic-era project by lifelong friends Paul Liberti and Sam Puntillo. The bright, unpretentious interior features fridges packed wall-to-wall with rare Ontario craft beers and a handful of casual stools and window counter seating. It functions seamlessly as a quick-service sandwich stop, an afternoon taproom pour spot, and a neighborhood craft beer depot.

Bevi Birra Menu & What to Order The entire food menu is built on freshly baked, 24-hour cold-fermented sourdough focaccia that emerges with a blistered crust and an airy, olive-oil-rich crumb. Order the Giovanna, a crowd favourite layering hot soppressata, garlicky whipped ricotta, chili spread, and a honey drizzle, or the Filomena, loaded with mortadella, provolone, rosemary aioli, and briny muffuletta spread. Vegetarians should reach for the Senza Carne featuring fior di latte and pea pesto, best paired with a rotating local microbrew on tap and followed by their scratch-made tiramisu.

Know Before You Go Seating is casual and strictly walk-in, so expect peak lunchtime crowds between noon and 2:00 p.m., though online ordering makes swift takeout effortless.
