Bello Pizza

What is Bello Pizza? Anchored inside the bustling Waterworks Food Hall at Richmond and Brant, Bello Pizza brings serious dough craft to Wellington Place's premier communal dining space. The operation pairs American pie sensibilities with Italian technique, turning out both swift counter-service slices and made-to-order 14-inch whole pies with blistered, airy crusts. Guests order directly at the counter before claiming a spot along the hall's sleek, sunlit communal timber tables and leather banquettes.

Bello Pizza Menu & What to Order The menu balances crowd-pleasing richness with dialed-in balance across both red and white bases. The standout 'Vodkaroni' is an essential order, layering rich, creamy vodka sauce with crisp cupped pepperoni, while the 'Spicy Goat' delivers a sharp, piquant counterpoint of tangy cheese and controlled heat. Plant-based diners are well cared for with the '3 Peat' vegan pie, and grabbing an extra ramekin of the zesty signature 'Bello Sauce' for crust-dipping is non-negotiable.

Know Before You Go Operating entirely on a walk-in basis typical of a food hall, Bello draws heavy lunchtime lunch crowds and bustling weekend pre-drink traffic where communal seating requires a bit of eagle-eyed patience. Transit is straightforward via the 501 Queen or 504 King streetcars, while street parking along Brant and Adelaide is notoriously tight. The counter serves continuously from 11:30 a.m. daily, running until 10:00 p.m. on weeknights and stretching to midnight on Friday and Saturday.
