Bazhen Hotpot

What is Bazhen Hotpot? Located along Steeles Avenue East in Hillcrest Village, Bazhen Hotpot delivers serious Cantonese dining culture with deep, medicinal-style broths and tabletop simmering. The roomy sit-down dining room is built for communal gathering, outfitted with tabletop induction burners that accommodate bustling family banquets and weekend groups alike.

Bazhen Hotpot Menu & What to Order Broth takes center stage here, anchored by premium choices like the golden, collagen-dense Premium Fish Maw & Chicken Hotpot and the herbaceous Gastrodia Fish Head Combo. Thinly sliced ribbons of Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef melt effortlessly into the Macau-Style Pork Bone soup, while purists can opt for the silky Teochew-Style Congee base for a comforting, slow-cooked finish. Pair your simmering selections with the kitchen's signature Cantonese wok stir-fries to round out an ambitious spread.
