Conceived as a moodier, late-night sibling to the downstairs bistro, the space features plush seating nooks, low amber lighting, and sleek marble counter perches. It balances the polish of a Parisian salon with the vibrant, unpretentious pulse of the Trinity Bellwoods strip.

Bar Banane Menu & What to Order The kitchen turns out refined French canapés and bar bites alongside a cocktail list developed by award-winning mixologists. Start with savoury churros coated in mimolette pimento cheese, crisp pommes paillasson with comté, or the Nova Scotia lobster croustade before moving to the butter-toasted lobster roll 'Américaine'. For libations, the espresso-forward Slap Dash and mezcal-laced El Jardin Secreto are standouts, but be sure to order the decadent chocolate soufflé upon seating—it bakes fresh to order and arrives warm with Tahitian vanilla ice cream.
