Evolving from a mobile food venture into a grounded neighbourhood staple, the cozy interior features colourful community art, relaxed dining tables, and a lively front sidewalk patio. It operates as an inclusive, easygoing gathering space dedicated to the rich comfort staples of Argentina and Venezuela.

Bar Bacan Menu & What to Order The kitchen turns out authentic, made-from-scratch plates spanning baked Argentine empanadas and griddled Venezuelan corn arepas. Start with the hand-cut beef empanada or the creamy spinach and béchamel, then move to the Arepa Pabellón—a hefty gluten-free pocket packed with slow-cooked shredded beef, sweet plantains, seasoned black beans, and fresco cheese topped with guasacaca. Sweet corn cachapas and crispy yuca fries with chipotle mayo round out the savoury side, while most of the arepa lineup caters effortlessly to gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian diners.
