Owner Diana pivoted the space into a dedicated Vietnamese sandwich counter centered around scratch-baked baguettes produced fresh in-house daily. The bright, minimalist space features clean counters and casual indoor seating tailored for quick dine-in lunches and swift takeout runs.

Banh Mi Nguyen Menu & What to Order The star across the menu is the bread itself—airy with an intensely crackly crust that holds up to hearty fillings without tearing the roof of your mouth. Start with the signature combination of cold cuts, savoury garlic pork sausage, and pork floss loaded with house pâté, mayo, and crisp pickled daikon and carrots. The crackling crispy pork belly (heo quay) and smoky grilled meats are equally stellar, while Hai Phong-style banh mi que breadsticks provide a sensational pâté-rich snack alongside cold Vietnamese iced coffee.
