Bakers Best Bakery

What is Bakers Best Bakery? Located in a busy commercial pocket along Steeles Avenue East in Scarborough, Bakers Best Bakery is an unfussy, family-run operation dedicated to authentic Filipino baking. The setup is strictly built for brisk takeaway, eschewing dining room seating in favor of a straightforward counter packed with baked goods. The aroma of warm yeast and toasted crumbs immediately welcomes patrons stocking up on everyday staples.

Bakers Best Bakery Menu & What to Order Start with a warm bag of pandesal, the classic Filipino breakfast roll with a faint sweetness and a crisp breadcrumb crust. For richer pastries, the butter-lacquered ensaymada capped with grated cheese and sugar hits all the right sweet-savory notes, while the cassava cake delivers rich chew from coconut milk and grated root. Don't overlook the savory counter: the steamed siopao buns, stuffed generously with saucy pork or chicken asado, make for an unbeatable on-the-go lunch, finished off with a square of velvet-smooth leche flan.

Know Before You Go Everything is walk-in and counter-service, so expect brisk lines during peak Saturday morning runs when regulars pick up party-sized trays. Ample surface parking is available right outside the unit, making quick pickups effortless. The bakery operates Monday through Saturday and closes at 6 p.m., shutting its doors completely on Sundays and holidays.
