Atto Sushi Menu & What to Order The go-to order is the Seared Nine Sushi set, which arranges nine pieces of semi-torched seasonal nigiri glazed with house tataki sauce alongside aka miso soup and a crisp green salad. For bowl enthusiasts, the Kaisendon delivers diced sashimi tossed with radishes, sesame oil, and gochujang over seasoned sushi rice.
