Asian Gourmet

What is Asian Gourmet? Operating as a fast-casual counter within the Lawrence Allen Centre at 700 Lawrence Avenue West, Asian Gourmet delivers quick-service Chinese and pan-Asian classics to Yorkdale-Glen Park. The format is direct and utilitarian, tailored for takeout or speedy counter service with plenty of communal mall-court seating surrounding the unit. It primarily serves local neighbourhood shoppers, retail staff, and subway commuters seeking hot, generous portions on the go.

Asian Gourmet Menu & What to Order The counter centres around customizable combo boxes layered over beds of stir-fried noodles or vegetable fried rice. Crispy orange chicken coated in a sticky citrus glaze and deeply charred Asian grilled chicken lead the meat selections, alongside tender black pepper beef short ribs and crispy golden shrimp. The Singapore noodles offer a punchy, curry-spiced kick toss-up of vermicelli and fresh vegetables, while stir-fried broccoli and bok choy provide dependable greens. Grab an iced tea or fruit drink from the cooler to round out an unfussy, budget-friendly meal.

Know Before You Go There are no reservations taken; simply walk up to the counter, where lines move fast even during noon lunch peaks and weekend rushes. Drivers can take advantage of the Lawrence Allen Centre's massive free surface and covered parking lots, while transit users have direct access via Lawrence West subway station. The kitchen operates daily in sync with regular shopping centre business hours.
