What is Archive? Anchoring Dundas West at 909 Dundas Street West, Archive has served as the city’s low-key wine sanctuary since brothers Josh and Joel Corea opened its doors in 2012. The intimate, dim-lit room pairs exposed brick and hand-drawn wine maps with wooden banquettes, counter bar seating, and a seasonal CafeTO curbside patio. It remains a beloved haunt where off-duty sommeliers and neighbourhood regulars mingle over exceptional bottles without an ounce of pretension.

Archive Menu & What to Order The cellar list features over 400 bottles alongside 30-plus rotating by-the-glass pours poured in three- and five-ounce measures, with a strong focus on low-intervention, organic, and biodynamic producers. Snack on Venetian-style cicchetti and Portuguese-inspired bites, especially the crispy pastéis de bacalhau (salt cod fritters) and velvety baccalà mantecato spread on toasted bread. Substantial cheese and charcuterie boards round out the grazing options, and best of all, the kitchen reliably stays open until last call every night.

Know Before You Go Walk-ins are welcomed, but tables fill up fast after 8:00 p.m.; same-day reservations must be called in by phone, while future reservations are booked via their website contact form.
