The interior pairs low, atmospheric lighting and rustic brickwork with a buzzing central bar, flanked outside by a generous sidewalk patio that looks onto the cobblestone strip. Led in the kitchen by head chef Chester Echalar, the room is dedicated to street-style snacks, hearty platters, and one of Canada's most extensive agave collections.
