Alpha Katering

What is Alpha Katering? Tucked along the light-industrial stretch of Crockford Boulevard in Wexford/Maryvale, Alpha Katering operates strictly as a high-volume commissary kitchen and consultation office rather than a conventional restaurant. The operation crafts tailored, chef-driven spreads for weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations across the Greater Toronto Area, leaning on fresh ingredients and deep Mediterranean roots. Without a front-of-house dining room, bar, or patio, all dining takes place off-site at the venue of your choosing.

Alpha Katering Menu & What to Order The culinary team balances casual crowd-pleasing platters with elevated, formal banquet fare. The most popular corporate and party showstopper is Alpha's Trio tray, loaded with tender chicken shawarma, beef shawarma, and crisp falafel, flanked by grilled Shish Tawook skewers. For formal seated galas, the kitchen pivots effortlessly into refined continental territory with rich Braised Ox Cheek Ravioli and crisp, succulent Twice Cooked Pork. Thoughtfully assembled spreads cater cleanly to vegetarian and halal dietary requirements without sacrificing punchy garlic and spice profiles.

Know Before You Go Do not drop by expecting counter takeout or dine-in service, as the kitchen operates entirely on an advance-booking model. Orders require a minimum of 72 hours' advance notice, alongside a 48-hour cancellation policy for all scheduled events. For in-person consultations or scheduled food pick-ups, surface parking is readily available throughout the Crockford Boulevard commercial park.
