Aloette Spadina is the Alo Food Group’s neighbourhood bistro: haute technique applied to cheeseburgers, iceberg wedges, and a towering lemon meringue pie in a slim, diner-inspired room beneath Alo. Michelin-recommended since 2022, it is open daily for dinner, Fridays for lunch, and weekends for brunch—walk-ins are encouraged, with OpenTable and DINR for same-day seats. Weekend brunch leans elevated comfort: brunch burger, fried chicken and waffles, and the kind of dessert finish that empties the table. Book if you can, but the room rewards flexibility.
