Alminz Bakeshop Menu & What to Order The house specialty is traditional *kakanin*—authentic glutinous rice delicacies like layered, coconut-topped *sapin-sapin*, chewy *kutsinta*, and rich *suman*. Bakery regulars line up for warm, pillowy bags of fresh pandesal, fluffy *pan de coco* packed with sweet shredded coconut, and buttery ensaymadas blanketed in grated cheese.
