Aifam Menu & What to Order The kitchen constructs overstuffed, made-to-order panini using imported Italian cured meats and creamy cheeses sliced to order. The essential order is La Regina, which layers delicate pistachio mortadella with lush stracciatella fior di latte and herbaceous pesto aïoli, while Il Padrino brings serious heat with capocollo, soppressata, prosciutto from Abruzzo, provolone, and spicy bomba spread.
