9sips Tea Shoppe

What is 9sips Tea Shoppe? Located along Edward Street just west of Yonge, 9sips Tea Shoppe is a streamlined tea house focused on precision-brewed, customizable drinks. The shop caters to the bustling Yonge-Bay Corridor with a minimalist, counter-order setup geared primarily toward quick grab-and-go runs. It brings a focused, tea-forward alternative to the area's heavily powdered bubble tea standards.

9sips Tea Shoppe Menu & What to Order The menu revolves around house-blend leaves paired with choices of classic milk tea, fresh milk, or citrus infusions, all fine-tuned by your preferred ice and sugar levels. The floral 'Blooming Jasmine Latte' and richly layered 'Imperial Red Milk Tea' showcase the kitchen's disciplined approach to real steeped tea. For brighter notes, skip the dairy entirely and order the punchy 'Seven Mile Scent Lemon Tea', or opt for colourful signatures like the 'Midnight Peacock Milk Tea' and 'Purple Rain Milk Tea'.

Know Before You Go Service is strictly walk-in with no reservations, so expect brief counter lineups during university class breaks and weekend post-dinner hours. Located a short walk from Dundas subway station and the Eaton Centre, public transit is the smartest arrival method, as Edward Street parking is virtually non-existent. Doors open daily at noon, pouring until 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
