7 Noodles

What is 7 Noodles? Tucked along Yonge Street just north of Sheppard, 7 Noodles brings serious Chongqing heat to North York's competitive noodle corridor. The compact, cheerful dining room hums with high-turnover energy, welcoming solo slurpers and late-night regulars craving authentic Szechuan spice. It is a focused, casual noodle shop designed around the intoxicating interplay of house-made chili oil and numbing Sichuan peppercorn.

7 Noodles Menu & What to Order The undisputed star is the Signature Wanza Noodle, an intensely savory bowl loaded with braised yellow split peas and minced pork that melt into thick, chewy noodles. Wide-belt Biang Biang Noodles offer a bouncy chew laced with fiery aromatics, while the Double-Cooked Pork Belly Noodle brings rich, wok-tossed depth. Balance the creeping málà burn with a refreshing plate of Spicy Cucumber Peanut Salad or their deeply seasoned Spicy Beef Jerky.

Know Before You Go The space operates strictly on walk-ins, making queues common during prime weekday lunch hours and evening dinner rushes. Operating daily until 2:00 a.m., it serves as an indispensable late-night haven for night owls; drivers should prepare for paid street parking, while subway riders have an easy five-minute stroll from Sheppard-Yonge station.
