3a Noodle

What is 3a Noodle? Situated in a busy strip plaza at 3875 Don Mills Road in Hillcrest Village, 3a Noodle is a straightforward Hong Kong noodle shop operated by local Cantonese food maker 3A Food Products. The room embraces pure, utilitarian canteen energy—bright lighting, straightforward table seating, and floor freezers stocked with wholesale bags of frozen dumplings and dim sum. It operates as both a rapid dine-in noodle counter and a factory-direct provisions depot for North York locals.

3a Noodle Menu & What to Order Bowls are anchored by authentic Hong Kong-style egg noodles and the house-made Jumbo Shrimp Wontons, stuffed with snappy, whole prawn filling. Diners shouldn't overlook the rich Chu Hou Braised Beef Tendon Lo Mein or the old-school Traditional Beef Internal Delicacies simmered in spiced broth. Pair your noodles with Deep-Fried Cuttlefish Balls or a cold Hong Kong iced milk tea, and make sure to grab a jar of house chili oil on your way out.

Know Before You Go Service is brisk and operates entirely on a walk-in basis, keeping wait times minimal even during busy midday rushes. Surface parking is free and plentiful in the plaza lot, while the Don Mills 25 bus stops directly outside the plaza entrance. The kitchen operates daily from 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., catering equally well to quick lunches and casual takeout runs.
