About

Vegandale is one of the largest vegan festivals in North America. What started in Toronto's west end has grown into a massive celebration of plant-based food and drink, attracting thousands to Fort York for a day of eating, drinking, live music, and activism. Even non-vegans come for the food — the vendor lineup consistently impresses.

What to Expect

One-day outdoor festival with 100+ food vendors, bars, live music, and speakers. Expect long lines at popular vendors. The vibe is positive and welcoming — you don't need to be vegan to enjoy it.

Pro Tips

Bring cash and a phone charger. The food lines are long — have one person hold a spot while others scout. Try something you've never had before — the Ethiopian and Korean vegan vendors usually have the most unique offerings.

Getting There

Fort York area — walk from Bathurst station (15 min) or take the 511 Bathurst streetcar. Bike parking available. Do not drive — the area has very limited parking.
