About

The East York Canada Day Parade is one of Toronto's oldest and most community-driven Canada Day events. A classic small-town parade down Coxwell Avenue, followed by a festival in Stan Wadlow Park with live music, rides, food, and fireworks. It's earnest, unpretentious, and genuinely fun.

What to Expect

Morning parade along Coxwell Avenue, then a full-day festival in Stan Wadlow Park. Rides, food vendors, live music, and fireworks at night. Very family-focused.

Pro Tips

Bring a picnic blanket for the park. The fireworks at 10pm are the grand finale. Cash is handy for rides and food.

Getting There

Coxwell Avenue and Stan Wadlow Park. Take TTC to Coxwell station (Line 2). Free parking at the park is limited.
