About

Anime North is Canada's largest fan-run anime convention, held at the Toronto Congress Centre. It draws devoted fans of anime, manga, gaming, and Japanese culture for three days of panels, cosplay, screenings, concerts, and an enormous dealer's room. More grassroots and community-driven than corporate conventions.

What to Expect

Three days of panels, cosplay contests, anime screenings, gaming tournaments, concerts, and a massive dealer's room. Extremely enthusiastic crowds. Cosplay is everywhere.

Pro Tips

Pre-register online to skip the on-site registration line. Bring cash for the dealer's room and artist alley. Stay hydrated — the convention centre gets warm with that many people.

Getting There

Toronto Congress Centre near Pearson Airport. TTC bus from Kipling station or drive. Not the most TTC-friendly venue, so plan accordingly.
