Looking to upgrade your culinary skills before heading back to school? Head over to the Bridlewood branch for a special Youth Hub workshop featuring TV host and celebrity chef Sang Kim.

Chef Sang is dropping by the library to lead a hands-on session where local teens can learn the cultural history of the taco, master the basics of crafting fresh salsa and guacamole from scratch, and assemble their own delicious vegetarian tacos in warm tortilla shells. It's an awesome, free way to pick up some kitchen fundamentals, hang out with friends, and enjoy some great food.

What to Expect Running from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, this drop-in session is strictly capped at 20 teens to ensure everyone gets hands-on guidance from Chef Sang. All ingredients and materials are provided completely free of charge, along with the standard nutritious snacks offered daily at TPL Youth Hubs. Please note that some ingredients contain gluten, so be mindful of any dietary restrictions before diving in.

Whether you are an aspiring chef or just looking for a fun Tuesday evening activity in Scarborough, this is a fantastic community event. Grab a friend and drop by early to secure your spot!
