Youth Hub: Vegetarian Taco Making with Chef Sang

Level up your culinary skills this summer with a special guest kitchen session at the Woodside Square Youth Hub in Scarborough. Award-winning writer, chef, and television personality Sang Kim is dropping by to teach teens the ins and outs of making incredible vegetarian tacos completely from scratch, including how to craft the freshest homemade salsa.

Participants will get hands-on experience working with both wheat flour and corn tortillas under the guidance of one of Toronto's culinary notables. Head over to 1571 Sandhurst Circle for an evening of great food and insider tips. Note that recipes will contain gluten and dairy, and as part of the TPL Youth Hub programming, free nutritious snacks are always on hand. It's a fantastic, free opportunity for young foodies to learn from a pro in a relaxed community setting.
