Youth Hub: Tiramisu Making

Looking for a fun and delicious way for teens to spend an afternoon? Woodside Square Library is hosting a special Youth Hub workshop on Tiramisu Making, led by Chef Yumiko. Teens will get a hands-on, step-by-step introduction to crafting the beloved classic Italian dessert, from handling the ingredients to putting together a ready-to-eat sweet treat.

What to Expect Chef Yumiko will guide participants through the basics of building a proper tiramisu, breaking down the ingredients and techniques in an approachable way. Please note that the recipe involves dairy, eggs, and decaffeinated espresso, so participants with allergies should take note.
