Bring Your A-Game to Weston
Looking for a way to break up the afternoon routine? The Weston branch of the Toronto Public Library is hosting a Youth Hub Ping Pong Showdown, inviting local teens to serve, rally, and compete in a welcoming, low-stakes environment.
Designed specifically for ages 13 to 17, this event provides a great excuse to step away from screens, meet other teens in the neighbourhood, and test your table tennis skills. Whether you're a seasoned paddle master or just picking up a paddle for the first time, all skill levels are welcome to join the fun.
Community and Snacks
Part of the library's ongoing Youth Hub initiative, the event ensures that participants are well-fueled with free, nutritious snacks offered daily. Located at 2 King Street in the historic Weston neighbourhood, the branch serves as a safe and vibrant community anchor for local youth. Drop-ins are welcome, so swing by to hang out, connect, and enjoy an afternoon of friendly competition.
