Youth Hub: Board Game Café

Looking for a way to beat the late-summer heat and hang out with friends? The Fairview Library is hosting a drop-in Board Game Café designed specifically for teens in the community.

Located on the third floor in the branch's dedicated Youth Hub, this afternoon session offers a wide selection of tabletop experiences, ranging from quick single-player logic puzzles to cooperative and competitive multi-player games. Whether you're a seasoned strategist or just looking to learn something new, helpful staff will be on hand to teach rules and get games started.

As an added bonus, free, nutritious snacks will be provided to keep your energy up throughout the session. It's a welcoming, low-pressure space to connect with other local youth, unwind after school or during the summer break, and enjoy some friendly competition.
