Youth Hub: August Art Club - Beaded Tapestry

Get crafty and try your hand at something new this summer at the Kennedy/Eglinton library's weekly Art Club. Throughout the month, the teen-focused group is diving deep into the world of beading, guiding participants step-by-step through the process of creating a custom, eye-catching beaded tapestry ready to hang on a bedroom wall.

Whether you're an experienced crafter or picking up a needle and beads for the very first time, all materials are provided completely free of charge. Swing by the branch at 2380 Eglinton Avenue East to hang out, meet other creative teens in the neighbourhood, and enjoy some complimentary snacks in the welcoming environment of the Youth Hub. It's an easy, welcoming way to spend a Wednesday evening exploring a brand-new artistic medium.
